The support team was prompt and attentive, my query was resolved within a few hours, and I truly felt valued as a customer. Timely delivery. The only improvement I could suggest would be to expand the product range, offering even more options for customers. However, this minor point didn't detract from my overall positive experience. Ring is good I received my ring one week ago. It is not the color I ordered. I sent and email pointing this out and asking for the right color and so far it's crickets. No response. This is not the first time I have written and received no answer. Most of the functions of the ring work well. The sleep tracker is unreliable. I go to bed before 10 each night and the tracker doesn't start until almost midnight. I am asleep long before that. I would hesitate to recommend this ring until they update the sleep tracker and get their customer service more responsive.

The ring works very well. The heart rate monitor is particularly accurate, tested and compared during indoor cycling with a Wahoo KICKR heart rate monitor. Unfortunately, the app does not allow recording sports activities with GPS tracking, and it cannot sync with Strava. Additionally, the ring cannot be used as a standalone heart rate monitor with other sports apps. Sleep tracking works fairly well. The app has been updated three times within a month, which is a good sign. Unfortunately, until GPS-tracked sports activities and syncing with Strava are implemented within the app, this is not a fully functional ring for me. Therefore, I can only give it three stars.

The size 13 ring is smaller than that in the testing kit (fits like a 12.5 in their sizing). The ring itself is pretty and lightweight, but I've been wearing it less than a week and it's already got a big scratch on one side. The green sensor light is very bright when it turns on, even while the device is being worn. The app is okay, though the sleep tracking is inaccurate for mid-night wakefulness with no ability to edit sleep times, and the written text throughout the app needs a native English speaker to copy-edit. I picked this device because I specifically wanted to track skin temperature 24/7, rather than just during sleep as other devices do. I also didn't want to commit to a subscription fee for the life of the device. The app issues can be worked on over time (Google Play Store reviews show improvement over time), but hardware issues are harder to resolve.

Been using the ring for about a month decided to write a review. In short, I like everything about it, from the design to the functionality. Simple clear and convenient program. I take it off only once a week to charge it very convenient. I often use such functions as tracking sleep and stress sometimes check the level of glucose in the blood as I looked at the statistics of the number of people with diabetes and was horrified more than 10 million people a year and this is only registered cases. I also want to emphasize the health recommendations from artificial intelligence, which helps to improve your performance / Be healthy and do not get sick friends.

The app connects easily to my phone, and the data is transmitted in real-time. I can see sleep tracking ,including deep sleep hours, as well as activity tracking and heart rate monitoring.BTW，Waterproof, so don't worry about the show wash. What I find most thoughtful is the option for women to record menstrual cycles or pregnancy, which I think is great!

I waffled between buying this ring and the more expensive Oura ring, but finally pulled the trigger on the JCRing based on reviews. I'm glad I did. The ring fits perfectly and is super comfortable to wear. I ordered one size up from my regular ring size and am able to wear my ring on my pointer finger on my non-dominant hand, which is recommended. The battery life is amazing, it has never run down on me. I just pop it in the case for a little while when I do dishes. The measurements seem accurate based on what I observe myself during my day. The app works flawlessly and there is no subscription fee. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Not everyone will have the same experience with the same product. I had issues with fit to keep ring accurate. The customer support and service was the best I have ever had . Vendor was very concerned I was not satisfied and wanted to do whatever necessary to make the experience better. I was so impressed! Device worked, just was either too loose or too tight to work for me( my fingers swell and shrink easily). It has a lot of great features and app set up on phone easily. I am giving five stars because I have never had a company so concerned that I was satisfied and that I had a good experience. I wish they made jeans! Lo

We got this for me to wear. It comes in a box, needing to be charged to full. It seems to be made well. The ring itself feels sturdy. The charging case seems durable. It is comfortable to wear. It seems to be accurate when compared to a fitness watch results. We would probably buy this again.

This ring is outstanding. The build quality and features match the name-brand smart rings. I've checked the statistics this ring reads and compared them to my smartwatch and they are accurate. The battery lasts for several days with regular use. I have worn it in the shower with no issues. However, there is one big flaw at the moment. Google Fit sees the app as maliciously attempting to access it's data. If they can get things cleared up with google, this ring will be an easy five stars.
